Yoshitake Fujikawa, President, has more than two decades of commercial/investment banking experience in New York, London, and Tokyo, first for Chase Manhattan Bank(current JP Morgan Chase & Co) and then for Union Bank of Switzerland(current UBS AG).
His assignments included divisional vice presidencies. Having studied in Japan at Doshisha University and in the United States at the University of Hartford, he has a B.A. in economics and an MBA degree with special certification at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Mari Takao, Director, is a CMA(Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan),
a CTP(Certified Turnaround Professional), and a CFP(Certified Financial Planner).
She is also a Registered Management Consultant certified by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry. Her prior positions include Senior Credit Analyst at Union Bank of Switzerland.
She started her banking career with Chase Manhattan Bank after graduating from International Christian University in Japan with a degree in intercultural communications.

Robert W. Mathews is Managing Director of Corporate Debt Advisors, a consulting firm, advising on credit and investments. He was previously Manager of distressed loans for CIFC, an asset manager/CLO and portfolio company of Charlesbank Capital Partners. As a consultant, he has advised on valuation, DIP and Exit financing from bankruptcy and provided litigation support to Counsel in large Chapter 11 proceedings. He has served as a financial advisor to project sponsors, middle market corporations, and early stage business owners. His deal experience includes over ninety transactions involving financing to the energy, electric power, mining, metals, chemicals, healthcare, infrastructure, and real estate industries. His banking background consists of 23 years of experience at the Chase Manhattan Bank and Barclays in New York, Tokyo, and London.
He holds an MBA, Finance from the University of Florida and a B.A. from Washington and Lee University.

For fourteen years, Masanori Fujii worked for Mitsubishi Corp., a major trading company worldwide, engaging in the licensing of bio-medicals and promoting business tie-ups with Japanese biomedical manufacturers and US start-up companies. His last nine years, he served as Managing Director of Millenia Venture Partners Co., Ltd., the venture capital arm of Mitsubishi Corp. In addition to the bio-related field, his investment experience is wide, covering the energy, mineral, IT, and food arenas, where he served as director of a number of companies in the cited field.
He holds a B.S.degree in biology from Osaka University.

George E. Gerpheide is President of c2mw4 LLC where his mission is to move the world forward, as an inventor, entrepreneur, and mentor. He is best known as the entrepreneur who created and brought commercial success to the touch pad ("finger mouse") now in most laptop computers, from which he co-founded and led Cirque Corporation as CEO and Chairman for 15 years. Cirque was successfully sold to a $7 billion Tokyo-based manufacturer, principally through the efforts of Gerpheide with assistance from G.R.Associates, Inc.
He has 18 U.S. patents plus additional foreign and pending.
He holds a BS degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and PhD from the University of Utah.
